Theresa Pasaluko @ CocoaNymph

A little while ago I went to a house party as a safety - one of my girlfriends had been invited and didn't know anyone but a new acquaintance there, but she was determined to go. Imagine my delight when there was a live band set up in the living room! A trio of very young men rocked out in the corner, covering Nirvana and Pearl Jam and the Hip at a passable level, but imagine my pleasure when they took a break and a young woman hijacked one of the guitars and stood at the mic and said "I'm just gonna play you some songs I wrote." She stood up and commanded the attention in the room that the band had been trying in vain to attract.
It is my pleasure to host Theresa Pasaluko at the next CocoaNymph Concert on Friday, March 20th. Cover is $5.00, and there will be chocolate and beverages available. Come and see a singer who describes herself as "Kathleen Edwards giving Jewel a bloody nose" as she sings us some songs she wrote.
